Our Philosophy
A year of therapy in six weeks.
We are here for those seeking a higher level of care. If you or your loved are not making progress in traditional therapy and are at risk, we offer a short-term, intensive outpatient program.
We are committed to providing evidence based therapy that treats our whole families as people, rather than problems. We believe that while someone may suffer from a problem, they are not in fact problems themselves.
We believe in the inherent dignity in human beings, and will always honor client autonomy. We provide psychoeducation into evidence based tools that empower clients to take charge of their own lives and emotional well being.
Our program is committed to cultural and religious diversity, and we will adapt our program to fit the individual cultural and spiritual needs of every family.
Healing through connection, growth and compassion.
In person only.
We are analog in a digital world. No screens, just pen and paper. We understand the need for authentic human interaction and connection.
We emphasize Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT). This aims to repair interpersonal ruptures and rebuild emotionally protective, secure relationships between family members. ABFT is a linear model, with 5 distinct steps. It focuses on creating harmony within the family, rather than focusing on behaviors, which are seen as a symptom rather than a cause. Family therapists will meet separate and together, with any combination of family members, caregivers, and clients.
Therapy that works.
