Intensive Outpatient Program
We meet you at the level of care that is right for you.
Outpatient treatment programs can provide step-down options after residential treatment. Or they can serve as the next level of care for someone who needs more support than what they’re receiving from an individual therapist or a local resource. If you are not making progress in traditional therapy and are at risk, we offer a short-term, intensive program. We are licensed specialists in substance abuse, anxiety, and depression..
Our program is in an intimate setting where we can custom tailor treatment for each client. Here you can see a therapist multiple times a week, and take part in an educational skill building program to develop skills to take with you the rest of your life.
Learning about your own Mind
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a type of psychotherapy that involves a combination of cognitive therapy, meditation, and the cultivation of a present-oriented, non-judgmental attitude called "mindfulness."
People struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma are often caught up with negative thoughts about the past or worries and fear about the future. A mindfulness approach helps them to come back to the “now.” As they learn to be present with what they are feeling through mindful practices, they are able to address the underlying issues catalyzing mental health conditions more effectively. Clients will learn MCBT skills with the goal of being able to understand their own thoughts and emotions and to exist in the here and now.
Here, they will learn techniques to soothe themselves without drugs, phones, vapes, and video games.
Finding Purpose
Existential therapy is a type of talk therapy that helps people explore the deeper questions of life—like meaning, purpose, freedom, and identity. It’s especially helpful for those feeling stuck, lost, anxious, or unsure about the direction of their life.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this approach encourages you to reflect on your values, choices, and what truly matters to you.
The goal isn’t to "fix" you, but to support you in living more authentically and with greater self-awareness.
If you're facing big life transitions, feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty, or searching for deeper meaning, existential therapy can offer a thoughtful and supportive space to explore those concerns.
